Colin Campbell - Founder & Executive DirectorAfter graduating with a BSc Hons in Science and Management Studies, from Napier University Edinburgh, Colin spent 8 years in Spain (Barcelona and the Pyrenees) teaching Business English. He returned to Scotland in 1995, where he worked in a series of civil society organisations. Colin was Development Manager at Senscot (the Social Entrepreneurs Network Scotland) for 8 years where he was responsible for setting up and supporting Social Enterprise Networks (peer support networks for active social entrepreneurs) across Scotland. Anna Roscoe - Tenant & Resident Participation Officer
Anna has a wealth of experience in the field of social enterprise, having worked as Network Development Officer for Senscot for three years. She then travelled to The Ghambia, where she developed a Swimming Teachers Training Facility. Anna has joined our team to use her knowledge of networking and participation to reinforce opportunities for the tenants and residents of community based Housing Assocations to get more involved in decision making processes. Licia Claveria - Administrator
Originally from Barcelona, where she worked as a Bi-lingual Business Administrator till 1995, Licia has an HnD in Tourism and is a qualified Yoga teacher. She works part-time as Administrator with Assist Social capital and part-time as a Consultant Medical Herbalist, in which she has done since gaining a BSc Hons from Napier University in 2004. Alan Kay has been working as a freelance consultant since 1997 after returning from four years in Indonesia. His background is in overseas development and he has lived and worked in East Africa and South East Asia in connection with a variety of organisations including HelpAgen International, ActionAid and VSO. Alan helped to found SAN (the Social Audit Network) and is also Treasurer for the Community Development Journal and a Member of the Institute for Economic Development. Over the years he has developed links with a wide range of third sector organisations in the UK and abroad and carried out research, planning, training/facilitation and evaluations. Alan has an MA in Rural Development. Although his professional life centres around research, writing and facilitation, Alan maintains an interest in art – mainly painting and sculpture.Assist Social Capital Directors

Judith has worked as a freelance consultant since 2004 advising on business development, income generation and grant making/social enterprise investment.
